My 10 year old Air conditioning gave up. I searched around for quotes and the prices were crazy. I got lucky i stopped at the gas station in sunrise and i saw one of the HI-VAC trucks. Got the contact information. Same day Joseph DiCresce showed up to my home. He explained in detail all our options. Very honest and helpful. We got a new AC system installed for a really good price. I recently had the pleasure of using HI-VAC Air Conditioning Service, and I couldn't be more satisfied. Their technician was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my mini split AC unit and explained it would be better to replace the unit. The new unit was installed quickly, literally a few days later and at a fair price. Not only was he able to give me pricing with 2 different options, but he thoroughly explained the differences between what I currently had and the two units he was pricing for me. From the moment we met, he felt like a friend. Joe knew his stuff and NEVER made the experience feel like a sales pitch.The day of the install was just as smooth. The crew that showed up was phenomenal! They were courteous, knowledgeable, and probably the cleanest technicians I have EVER had out to my house. When their work was completed, they explained everything to my husband and I, from how the unit works, to helping us set up the thermostat. When Joe came back to inspect the work today, he reviewed everything I needed to know about the unit, warranties, and how to get in touch with the company should I need anything.
