The service from HI-VAC, starting with my initial call to the company to their customer service and finally to the PM service I received from Brandon has been spectacular. I chose a maintenance agreement with them and they performed my first PM this week. Brandon, the technician explained the entire process. I have experienced very poor quality service with other appliance and AC companies in the past but HI-VAC is a world apart in every way. I cannot say enough positive things about this company and their services. From Joe, the super knowledgeable, personal and thorough salesman; - to William and Sebastian who did a nice clean and professional installation; - to Arnaldo the friendly and very helpful technician who helped set up a glitch in remote access setup. Though I cannot compare their pricing to the other 2 companies I got quotes from since the other 2 were not as thorough as Joe, and were trying to sell me systems that were not compatible with my existing application, I can say I could not be happier with end result. We decided on a “high end” efficiency system due to a promotional 10 year parts and labor warranty they currently are offering. Kudos to HI-Vac from me! Read Less

I had a ten year old Mitsubishi two zone mini-split. One of the units quit cooling/heating and it seems the trouble was in the outdoor compressor. It seems a 1,300 dollar refrigerant swap would be required to even properly diagnose the problem, so I opted to replace the entire system instead. Joe came out to write up the order and he seemed very knowledgeable and competent. The price seemed fair, and was about what I had paid ten years ago, so that was good. William and Sebastian came out to do the installation a few days later. They got the compressor swapped and mounted to the wall outside, and both indoor units replaced in like five hours or so. Everything was clean and professional and I’ve got cool air on that side of the house for hopefully another ten years or more. Read Less
